Patrick Sidney Libo Simondac[1] (born November 11, 1989), known as Patrick Starrr, is an American make-up artist and social media influencer. He launched a collection in collaboration with MAC Cosmetics in 2017,[2] and a clothing collection in 2021.[3] Starrr is the host of the interview podcast Say Yas to the Guest[4] and served as a guest judge on the reality competition series Drag Race Philippines, the prize package for which includes a one-year supply of ONE/SIZE Beauty Cosmetics from Starrr.[5] In May 2023, he partnered with Jools Lebron on a beauty campaign.[6] On September 29, 2023, Starr was telecast judge of the 72nd Miss USA pageant held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada.
